FAQ

1) Fill clean vase with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water.

2) Mix floral food in your water. This is important to preven bacteria growth and to help add nutrients to your flowers. If you don't have any floral food, you can purchase it from us or any local florist.

3) Remove any leaves that will fall below the water line in your vase. Wet leaves are more prone to developing mold and rot and will cause bacteria to form, ultimately shortening the flower's vase life.

Our bouquets come with a wet cotton or sponge at the stem area to ensure the flowers can adsorb water after it got out of our office. Fresh flowers usually lasts 2-4 days.

Please keep it in a well ventilated place that has low temperature. Buyers must always remember to avoid heat or sunlight from the flowers. Buyers must also never place the bouquet in a non-ventilated area (such as a closed box for prolonged hours).

20% of processing/handling fee when you request for order cancellation. Changes of amount charge may apply in different situations and shall be determined when necessary.

For orders received before 1pm (Monday-Saturday) M`alaysian time - GMT +8.00), delivery is within the same day unless the schedule is full.

For orders received after 1pm, it will depend on our oprational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be prepared the next day. If you require same day delivery, please call us directly at 03-33715141 to check the availability.

During the peak/festive season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas and Deepavali), kindly place your order 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

Due to unusually higher demand duing peak seasons, we will try to accomodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.

We will not be able to promise any special delivery time request as we will be expoecting large volume of orders. Our delivery team will send orders by batch based on their route, depending on the delivery areas and address.
